Fix EV3 Rover 2.0

Fix EV3 Rover is an interactive game that revolves around the programming of a robotic vehicle using instructions inspired by the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 programming languages. Players have the option to choose between the classic, icon-based language instructions and the newer Scratch-based language instructions. Each level of the game serves as a valuable learning experience, offering insight into fundamental programming concepts essential for participation in FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL®) competitions, catering to beginners without prior robotic equipment or programming knowledge.

EV3 Rover's Story:

EV3 Rover embarks on a mission from Earth to the distant planet Nuftobor via a rocket. Unfortunately, a solar flare disrupts the journey, wiping all pre-programmed instructions from the robot's memory banks. Arriving safely on Nuftobor's surface, EV3 Rover remains immobile and reliant on user-provided directions to navigate the alien terrain. The challenge lies in repairing EV3 Rover to enable its exploration mission.

Equipment:

The EV3 Rover is equipped with motorized wheels for mobility, a ground sensor to detect dark surfaces, and a touch sensor bumper to identify obstacles along its path. Advanced levels introduce a scooper-arm feature for lifting, carrying, and depositing boulders discovered on Nuftobor.

Challenges:

Participants encounter puzzles that demand logical reasoning and spatial awareness as they advance through increasingly intricate game stages. The in-game symbol dictionary offers quick reference for any forgotten programming symbols, facilitating smooth gameplay progression.
